So, we had an official start of the MPC on february 4, 2013. Its a new start, new year, and I´m excited about the MPC. Of course, we started the first day out with a big ol´ breakfast. It was delicious, and we were surrounded by friends and all the faculty (including the new ones).
The curriculum this term looks great, all of it. We are going to be reading a whole bunch of interesting books. Some of these are: The Copernican Revolution; Godel, Escher, Bach; Plato; Drawing With the Right Side of the Brain, among many others. We are also going to continue reading Don Quijote and Euclid. All though all of these books sound great, I cant wait to get my hands on Ideas. That book has been looking at me with goo-goo eyes since day 1.
So, really all this post is meant to say is: IT IS GREAT TO START THE MPC AGAIN (though I need more sleep, a vacation from my vacation)
